Chikni skin ki hifazat o ahtiyat mushkil ha kiyounkay chikni skin ko hamesha saaf rakhna parta hai takay chiknai se masamat band ho kar keelo or muhaso ka sabab na banein. Isi liye chikni skin ki ahtiyat mein sab se ziyada importance cleansing ko hasil hai.

Chikni skin wali khawateen khoorak sada or zod hazam khayen. Ghee or egg waghera ka use kam kar dein. Malai, makhan or milk ka use mamooli tor par kiya ja sakta hai, jabkay dahi bhi mufeed hai. Hazmay ki kamzori or pait saaf na rehne par water ka use ziyada zaroori hai. Is soorat mein 1 din mein 8 glass pani peena chahiye. Sangtaray, maltay or lemon ka use khane ke sath zaroor karna chahiye. Fruits or vegetables khane se jild ki chiknahat door hoti ha.
