Gur ki khoobio ki baat ki jaye to is ki sab se bara faida ye ha ke gur se pait se juray masle khatam ho jate hein agar aap gas ya acidity se pareshan hein to khane ke baad thora sa gur zaroor khaye ise khane se ye dono masle nahi hote hein.
Thakawat mitane ke liye gur (Jagger) ka is use bohat hi faidaymand ha is ke liye aap daily gur (Jaggery) ka istemal kijiye, agar aap par kaam ka bohat bojh hota ha or aap jaldi thakne lagte hein to aap ise zaroor khaye.

Agar aap mein khoon ki kami ha to aap daily gur (Jaggery) ka use karein jis se aap ko bohat faida milega or body mein khoon bhi barhe ga.
Gud (Jaggery) aap ke blood pressure ko control mein rakhta ha, jin ko bohat ziyada blood pressure hota ho wo log gur ka use zaroor karein.
