Mango 1 adad
Aaroo 1 adad
Sugar Hasbe zaroorat
Milk Half liter
Method:
Tamam ingredients ko blender mein daal kar blend kar lein or daily 1 glass subah istemal karein, mosam garam ho to burf add kar saktay hein ya thanda kar ke pee saktay hein.
