Safed Balon Ko Kala Karne Ka Tarika
Ingredients:
Amla Khushk 100 gram, Halila Siyah 100 gram, Sanamaki 100 gram, Filfil Daraz 50 gram, Koza Misri 1 kg
Method:
Sanamaki ke leaves hone chahiye tinke shamil na ho or halila siyah ko 200 gram desi ghee mein halka sa bhoon lein baryan ho jayega phir sab adwiya ka bareek safoof bana lein or koza misri bareek kar ke is mein half kg water shamil kar ke halki aanch par 10 minutes tak pakayen is ka qawam ban jayega thanda hone par is mein adwiya ka safoof mila kar achi tarah mix kar karein phir kisi sheeshe ke jar mein daal kr mehfooz rakhein.
Dose:
Half teaspoon subah nihar moo or sham khali pait 1 glass neem garam doodh se khayen 2 months tak.
Precautions:
Badi or tursh tali fry cheezon se perhez karein.
