Tarkeeb Istemal:

Subah ke waqt aap dahi khane lagte hein itni dahi lekar is mein cheeni nahi dalni ye baat yaad rakhni ha ke dahi mein cheeni bilkul bhi nahi dalni aur is mein aap ne daar cheeni ko bareek pees kar half spoon dahi mein achi tarah se mix kar lena ha aur usko khali pait kha lena hai.
Khali pait yogurt aur daarcheeni ke use se 2nd ya 3rd day aap ko apnay andar wazeh tabdeeli aana mehsoos ho jayegi.

Note:

Jo khawateen hamal ki halat mein hein wo is nuskhe se door rahein, jab wo hamal se farigh ho jayen phir wo ladies ye nuskha use kar sakti hein.
