Period Me Dard Ka Ilaj
Supplement Ka Istemal:
Wo khawateen jinhein haiz ke doran be intiha dard bardasth karna parta ha inehin rozana calcium aur magnesium ka regular use karna chahiye. Ye wo nutrient hein jo pathon ko skin dete hein jis se pait ke nichle hissa ke patho ko sukoon milta hai. Rozana 1000 mili gram calcium aur 500 mg magnesium supplement ka istemal yaqeeni banane se haiz ke dard ko kam kya ja sakta hai.
Garam Pani Ka Istemal:

Massage:

Mooli ke beejo ko pees kar 4 4 gram subah, dupehar aur sham garam pani se phankne se periods khul kar aati ha aur menses ka dard theek ho jata hai.
Sonth:
Jin kunwari larkio ko mahwari mein dard hota ho inhein sonth aur gur ka qehwa bana kr peena chahiye.
Neem:
Agr mahwari ke dino mein legs aur pait mein dard ho to neem ke patte aur adrak ka rus mila kar peene se dard mein fori aram aata hai.
Carrot:
Mahwari ke dard mein gajar ka istemal mufeed hota hai. 2 spoon gajar ke beej 1 chammach gur 1 glass pani mein boil kar ke rozana subah o sham garam kar ke piyen to is se mahwari mein hone wala dard theek ho jata hai.
