Baal Lambe Karne Ka Tarika
Balon ko chamakdar aur ghana rakhne ke liye inhein dhonay ke baad kachay nariyal ka pani lagayen.
Rukhay balon mein ronaq lane ke liye 4 khane ke chammach dahi, 2 khanay ke chamchay mehendi (Chhaan kar) aur 1 teaspoon nariyal ya zaitoon ka tail mila kar achi tarah se balon mein lagayen aur 20 minute baad dho lein. Ye amal hafte mein 2 ya 3 martaba karein.
1 khane ke chamchay mehendi mein 1 khane ka chamcha sarso ka tail milayen. Is mein 1 anda aur adha teaspoon lemon juice mila dein. Phir is ko balon mein laga kar kuch ghanto ke liye kapra lapait kar chor dein aur dho lein. Ye balon ka rookha pan khatam kar dega.
Agar aap ke baal rukhay aur be ronaq hein to anday ke safedi aur zardi alag kar lein zardi ko khoob phent lein phir is mein 1 khane ka chamcha pani mila dein phir safedi mila kar khoob achi tarah phent lein aur balon mein ungli ke zariye se achi tarah malish kar ke lagayen, adhay ghantay baad thanday pani se dho lein.
