Is Late Night Eating Bad For You


According to a recent study, it is found that eating after 7pm increases the risk of death due to hypertension and stroke.
Experts warn that if eaten late at night, as a result, our body stays alert throughout the night rather than resting. When our body is ready to sleep, its blood pressure is reduced by up to 10% compared to other times.
Scientists say that after eating, our body releases stressors (stress hormones) that normalize our blood pressure. The same quality is sustained for up to two hours after eating, during which we either do not get any sleep and if we do, they are not full. During this study, the doctor studied 721 people 53 years of age or older who complained of hypertension.
After a detailed analysis of their waking and eating times, they found that those who went to bed before 2 hours after eating dinner had an almost 1/3 higher risk of developing blood pressure all night.
Experts say staying in hypertension status all night is very risky because it has a 90% risk of stroke.
